Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we may offer a refund or exchange subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
• The return request must be submitted within:
• 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases
• 14 days of delivery for online orders
Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following items are generally not eligible for change of mind returns:
• Custom-made or special-order products
• Made-to-order products
• Clearance or discontinued items
• Products specifically ordered at a customer's request
• Paint and chemical products
Any approved return of these items may be subject to a restocking or return fee.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
2. European Union (EU) Consumer Withdrawal Rights
For customers located within the European Union, consumer protection laws may provide a right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
Customers located within the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal using our EU Withdrawal Request form, available in the footer of our website or by clicking here.
You may also use any withdrawal form or process made available on our website.
Returned goods must be sent back in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, provided the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been supplied.
Certain products may be exempt from withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including custom-made or personalised products.
3. Faulty Products & Warranty Claims
We take product quality seriously. If a product is faulty, defective, damaged, or covered by warranty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Some products may require inspection, testing, or manufacturer assessment before a refund, repair, or replacement can be approved.
If a product is found not to be faulty or is outside the warranty period, freight and assessment costs may apply before the item is returned.

4. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all returns, warranty claims, and refunds.
If you cannot locate your receipt:
• Card, payment records may assist in locating your purchase

• For in-store purchases, please provide the approximate purchase date and payment method
Unfortunately, claims cannot be processed without sufficient proof of purchase.
